Dragon 32/64
Released in 1982 and discontinued in 1984, the Dragon 32 was quite a popular computer when it first came out.The Dragon 64 following in 1983.

But the Dragon console was far from perfect. With it's inabilty to display lower case letters properly, simpler programs just made do without whilst the more sophisticated programs used hi-res graphics modes. Dispite this imperfection it did boast a sturdy motherboard and a Motorola MC6809E processor.
